How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within a few working days. Delivery times depend on your location and are shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details, if your courier provides them.
Products and origin
Where do your products come from?
Our products are sourced from the mountain valleys of Chitral and the wider Hindu Kush region of northern Pakistan. Each product page states its origin.
Are your products tested?
Where a batch has been tested, the details are shown on its product page. If a product page shows no testing information, none is claimed.
Why are some products out of stock?
Many products are harvested once a year and offered in limited quantities. When a harvest is sold out, it is gone until the next season.
Gifts and wholesale
Can you send a gift with a note?
Yes. Add your message in the order notes at checkout, and we will include it in the box.
