Where are Kalash Naturals products sourced from?
Our products are sourced from the Chitral Valley and surrounding areas of the Hindu Kush in northern Pakistan. Each product page notes its specific origin and, where different, where it is packed.
Is Shilajeet a medicine?
No. Our Shilajeet is a traditional natural mineral resin, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition, please consult a healthcare professional before use.
Do you ship internationally?
We are set up to ship to international destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, UAE and Canada, in addition to domestic orders within Pakistan. See our Shipping & Returns page for current details.
What is your returns policy?
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos and we will make it right. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
How is honey packaged, and does it crystallize?
Our honey is packed in sealed glass jars. Natural crystallization can occur over time and is a normal sign of minimally processed honey — it doesn't affect quality, and gently warming the jar will return it to liquid form.
Do you offer any certifications or lab testing?
We do not display certifications we do not hold. Where lab documentation exists for a specific batch, we note that on the relevant product page rather than making a blanket claim across all products.
