Traceability
Know where your product came from.
Each product is linked to a batch. A batch record notes where and when it was harvested, when it was packed and, where it exists, its testing information — so the journey from mountain to jar is never a mystery.
- Harvested — The season and place are recorded.
- Batched — A batch code links the product to its harvest.
- Packed — Dated, sealed and labelled with its batch.
- Delivered — Sent to your door, with the batch on the label.

What we will and will not say
We describe our products factually. We say a product is tested only when testing has been carried out, and we show the details on that product’s page. We do not claim organic status, certifications or health benefits unless they are real and can be shown.
