From the valleys of Chitral
Chitral lies in the far north-west of Pakistan, where the Hindu Kush rises above narrow valleys of orchards, terraced fields and mountain pasture. Tirich Mir, at 7,708 metres, is the highest peak of the range.
It is from these mountain regions that we source honey, dry fruits and other natural products — harvested in season and packed with care.

Field notes
A year in the mountains
In mountain valleys the calendar is set by the harvest. Apricots ripen in the warmth of summer and are dried in the sun. Walnuts are gathered as autumn arrives. Honey follows the flowering of the valleys.
We follow the seasons, which is why some products are offered as limited harvests and are only available while stocks last.
