A place before a product
We think of every product as a small piece of a place. A jar of honey carries the flowers of a particular valley in a particular season. A bag of apricots carries the summer sun that dried them. Our job is to describe them honestly and to pack them with care, so that what reaches you is what we say it is.
Some things cannot be manufactured. They are grown, harvested, gathered and passed down.
